I guess it was most noticeable for us because we migrated from Mirapoint a couple weeks back, which handled webmail gracefully and quickly even for users with Gigs of mail, but had other issues. We solved those "other issues" by moving to IMail, but it seems we've traded one set of problems for another. I realize that webmail is not meant to be a personal file server, but a policy decision to change that is largely out of my hands.
