Thank you but I wanted a 1 line rule, not a new deployment of mail clients Please, There is a simple process involved in getting this to work with your Outlook client. As Josh has stated: Tools-->Options-->Mail Setup-->Send/Receive Settings. That will keep large messages on the server and not tie up your users "in the airport" as you say. Simple solution, end of thread.
