On Behalf Of Karen D. Oland > From: "Amy Cozine" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > > A repeated theme in the users who complain about hearing about Declude (for example, nothing personal Scott) is that their initial problem with Imail has not been resolved. With so many people having the same complaint, it must have some validity and should be addressed.
And if the "problem" cannot be resolved within IMail alone, what "validity" does that give their complaint? ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- - If one person makes a complaint, it might not be valid. If several people make the same complaint, I have to think it's pretty valid. Your answer "The problem cannot be resolved within Imail alone." is PERFECT. It lets the poster know that their question has been addressed. No one is complaining that sometimes the answer is "No it cannot be done". They complain that they didn't get the "No" answer at all. Tack on another workaround solution and you've got the perfect forum for learning how to best run an Imail server. My suggestion was to try to compromise and get the best of both worlds. Answer the question as it applies to Imail, then feel free to discuss any other solutions. ~Amy To Unsubscribe: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/mailing-lists.html List Archive: http://www.mail-archive.com/imail_forum%40list.ipswitch.com/ Knowledge Base/FAQ: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/IMail/
