I answered your %digitdigit question today, I overlooked your 18+ question since I do not run Imail 8 and figured it was with the new anti-spam features.  If it is with rules, Imail rules folow a simplified regular _expression_ syntax and + is a special charater, to treat it as literal, prefix it with a backslash (\).  e.g. 18\+

If the phrase filters also use regular expressions, same thing.  I keep a regular expressions reference sheet handy to help remember all the rules since I don't do them all the time, and they can get confusing at first.

And just for the record Declude can't do regular _expression_ filtering without an add on.

And no, no one has answered any simple questions I have asked about rules such as filtering 18+ without catching all 18's and %digitdigit as spammer, but we have heard alot about how to make declude work.
