I think because IMail and Declude work really well together. Declude can enhance IMail significantly as Declude is designed to work with IMail.
 
They make a great couple.
 
Your post isn't unpopular and it's already been suggested at least twice, once at least with showing how to do it both ways. This is an IMail list and as such list subscribers should also be informed on how to get the best out of IMail even when it means using third party add-ons such as Declude to make IMail even better - perhaps the best. :)

Putting this line in the rules.ima manually and restarting the service or putting it in through the wizard would work.

If you want it in a temp inspection bin, replace NUL with that address
