First thing comes to my mind is Exchange is poor at best at retrieving
messages from other mail servers via POP3. This is known and avoided if at
all possible, mainly because of the problem of sorting messages out, and
which include many problems with lists. There are some 3rd party apps to
help, but it still only recommended if there is no other way.
