I have a problem with a new server i set up
Running w2003 with Imail 7.13...
IMail and Windows 2003 don't mix well. There's some problem with either Windows 2003 or the way that IMail accesses the registry that makes IMail's registry access *very* slow.
Reading in the reg key took about 1 hour this is before i have any mail sent to the server.
That's one of the symptoms of the problem.
How dificult can it be to send an answer or a solution ?
This is a known problem with Windows 2003 and IMail. I'm not sure when it was discovered, but it was fairly recent, which may explain why the tech support people didn't know.
