IMail and Windows 2003 don't mix well.  There's some problem with either Windows 2003 
or the way that IMail accesses the registry
that makes IMail's registry access *very* slow.

That's one of the symptoms of the problem.

This is a known problem with Windows 2003 and IMail.  I'm not sure when it was 
discovered, but it was fairly recent, which may
explain why the tech support people didn't know.

Well if that's the case it would jst be a simple mail to send to give me some answer 
the negative thing here is that I havn't heard
a word from them and that is what I call bad support
