Don't feel bad. IPSwitch support promised to have answer to why trusted IP Addresses does not work by close of business Friday 10/10/2003. 15 days later, not a word.
... and Imail v8 is still sending out E-mail with vulnerabilities, 5 months after it was first reported. Kind of embarrassing for a company that sells AV software. :)
I'll be the first to admit that Ipswitch is far from perfect -- but on the other hand, they do have a very good product that is very competitive. While their tech support is often lacking, that's the case with most software companies -- and they *do* have this list, which is an excellent resource (often providing better answers more quickly).
