Earthlink forces all their dial-up users to use their (Earthlink's) SMTP server for outgoing mail. Have your users point to their SMTP server to send mail and yours to receive mail. With high speed connections, the outgoing server works fine, and mail is sent with no issue. When users dial up for an Internet connection using Earthlink, they receive the following error in Outlook 2002:   Find outgoing mail server (SMTP): Unable to connect to the outgoing mail server (SMTP). Please verify the server name in the outgoing mail server field. If that information is correct, close this dialog, click More Settings and verify the port and SSL information on the Advanced tab.   I know the settings are correct, because if I connect the computer to a high speed connection, e-mail works. The problem only occurs on Earthlink dial-up. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Can dial-up be used with IMail?   Thanks, Ken
