Does your server allow for inbound connections??? If it does you may want to stop the imonitor service from monitoring the www service it will eat up all outbound ports on a little over two days.
Do a netstat -a on the server and if you see a lot of WAIT_CLOSE then this is your problem. I can not beleive that IPSwitch still will not admit to this problem!!!! I found it when we updated to 7.15 when it was initally released.
