My org presently uses TASKE to monitor the PBX, calls, etc... They want to set it up so certain users can see who is and is not on the phone, the cost of 6 more licenses to do that costs 8 grand, so now I'm trying to locate an alternative. Anyone here use an Iwatsu PBX? If so, what software do you use with it?
I'm going to google the heck out of this, maybe try and write up something that can do it... In the meantime, any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.
