Are the messages being resent or are your users just getting new copies of the email downloaded to their mail client. If it is they are just getting messages downloaded again I don't think you can stop this. That happens because mail clients like outlook or outlook express see it as a new location and then see all of the messages as being new. As far as the vacation messages I am not sure
