Been working with a client for whom we host email using IMail 8. We normally add the IP block of their location to the 'Relay For' list for SMTP access, but they are scattered all over the country and there are too many IPs to keep adding.
I understand that we can set them up for SMTP Auth instead, and will no longer have to know their IP address, is that correct? we had them turn on SMTP Auth in Outlook Express, but they are still unable to send mail thru us. Is there something that we need to configure on our end to activate that method? Thanks.
