Can you fix your Outlook (turn off RTF) so it does not bombard us with that winmail.dat file attachment.

To clarify, Users from a domain that is not on your server are calling users that are on your server? If the complaining users are on your server then it makes perfect sense. The only other way is if you are copying the spool directory from a few months ago instead of the current folder. Of course I'm not the most versed admin.
