I have been experiencing these messages in the event log a few times per day. The service will restart, usually.

The logs don't say much other than the last thing that is always listed prior to a "Starting ..." message is "Performing anti-spam checks".

There have been several reports of this, that all appear to be related to the IMail v8 anti-spam functionality. I would recommend temporarily disabling the IMail v8 anti-spam functionality (if you are using it), to see if the problem continues. If the problem does not continue, it would help prove that the issue is indeed with IMail v8 anti-spam.
