How exactly does one disable Imail's anti-spam functionality?

You might want to disable the Imail anti-spam functionality.  Maybe that is 
causing the problems since it is the last line in the logs before starting. 

Another thing is that we wrote a Windows based service called "QueueMon" 
that monitors the Imail queue for backups.  You can use this to notify you 
and/or to attempt to recover your server in the event that your SMTP process 
stops and your queue starts backing up.  If your interested you can check it
