VALHELO and REVDNS produce more false positives than helping with spam, as professional spammers have perfect reverse dns and flawless helo values... Are you hosting more than one single domain on your mailserver? Yes? Then *your* mailserver fails these tests as well!
Why would a mailserver fail either of those tests because it has more than one domain on it? The validity of the HELO data and reverse DNS entry have nothing to do with the number of domains handled by the server.
