I think they'll get the message when none of their existing customers upgrade, and they are suddenly operating with a customer base of less than 100 installations. That really hits the operating budget hard when none of your current customers are renewing their agreements or buying new products. This was very dumb move by IPSwitch. Even on the low figure of the $249 for a small business service agreement, if they lose 100 renews in one month due to this move, that's $25K, a very loud figure for any business.
