Agree on this...although it may be coincidence that our renewal came at
just about the same time that this all started happening.

I'll be discussing with my management today the option of persuing a
refund on our SA. We have no need for "collaboration" features in the
service we offer so really we have no real need or inclination to pay
more for what we do with the current Imail product. Heck... For the time
I've put in with Imail to get it tuned I could have written a nice web
interface with spam management for a Unix platform. The only reason we
went with Imail in the first place was to get on a Windows platform so
the non-unix types around here could administer it easily.

I have to agree here.

They actually contacted me last week to get me to renew our contract. 
It is still sitting in my inbox.  Obviously, I won't be executing it
now.  However, I find it disturbing that they did a big push on getting
people to up their contract when they knew all along what their plan
was.
