I have established communications with SmarterTools early this week and thus far have been happy with the responsed I've gotten. I'll be testing SmarterMail this week and if all goes well I'll be offering it to my customers. Although they are a relatively new company, this doesn't taint my interest. If they would go under or pull something as dumb as Ipswitch, I'd just go with another solution. No big deal.
I'm not going to ask my current Imail customers to switch, but when Imail no longer serves their purpose without an upgrade, I'll switch them.
