Some mail sent from our site gets bounced because of this. The e-mail client
default SMTP server is the in-house one (because much mail is local, and in
NZ we get charged for volume of data tx/rx through the ISP via ADSL). But if
there is a problem, users send via the ISP's  SMTP server which has a static
address. I think Outlook Express lets you configure more than one outgoing
server, with one set as the default. I seem to recall setting up 2 clients
on some old Macs, one for normal sending, and one for 'problem' external
addresses.
