I think the job No. 1 is for those involved to explain why we have to use IIIM? 
 Why Sun is the only company on earth who is still sticking with IIIMf?  Have 
the decision-makers considered other options, such as SCIM, which has become 
the default IM in Linux?  Has anyone done any comparisons (performance and 
utility) of IIIM vs SCIM?  And perhaps most importantly, why Chinese users 
despise IIIM?
