People can sign up for a Twitter account and then turn on the settings to send our tweets to their cell phone. Unfortunately, this morning when I went to post our school closing, the Twitter website said that there were too many people tweeting and I had to come back later. It took about 20 minutes to finally get in. This is the first time I've come across this problem though.
