Asking questions by itself is not a problem. It only becomes a problem when those questions are taking up a lot of other people's time and making it difficult to even follow threads on this mailing list that it becomes a negative effect. And this RFC seeks to stop disruption, so that the mailing list can be productively used as the main communication for developing PHP core. > I rather prefer a CoC. So would I.
