If you bind things in the appropriate places (WS bindings or WS context menu, although the latter is not curently available on floatws's without frames), you directly get passed the workspaces as parameter. Otherwise, you can also use ioncore.find_manager(some region you got passed, "WGenWS") to find its workspaces (check the actual parameter ordering from docs, and watch out for nested workspaces). It should also be possible to automatically move stuff that was on the second monitor back to it, also over restarts by hooking to the session save hook. -- Tuomo
