not from javascript I believe,
you can ask user to enter phone number or enter IMEI number,
one can find its IMEI number on phone back:

or you can force users to enter service via desktop (one can copy IMEI
number from iTunes screen via COPY command),
but iTouch doesn't have imei or phone number,
