In some cases, imminent death of a CoA is known in advance, and the new address already available. Would it not make sense to initiate switchover before the old address finally goes away? With both addresses working in parallel for a little while, the switchover might not even lead to a single lost packet. /Benny -------------------------------------------------------------------- IETF IPv6 working group mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] Administrative Requests: https://www1.ietf.org/mailman/listinfo/ipv6 --------------------------------------------------------------------
