Analogies work both ways. In the '50s, a "great idea" was the helicopter parked 
in everyone's driveway. Or at the very least, nuclear powered cars. Yet here we 
are today, still driving on four wheels and four pneumatic tires, with internal 
combustion engines.

See, that's not entirely the case. They are also people who merely specify the 
use of IPv6, without appreciating exactly what that means.

And then there are those who must make that happen intelligently, so everything 
still works right and operates safely.
