Alain, Did you see my email where I asked what kind of a router are you talking about that cannot implement an IPv6 dinky control plane feature like Redirect? MUST implement Redirect by a router makes sense to me. Unless we know what specific router, what specific router card, and what specific network interface on the card cannot support Redirect, there is no case I can see yet for changing MUST implement to SHOULD implement.
