The WG MPTCP was the only MPTCP I was considering ;-).

Well, SCTP *has* port numbers.
It is "per-flow" port numbers that it doesn't have.

Since each SCTCP flow (in this case SCTP "association") has its own address 
pair, 5-tuples can still be used to identify load-balancing flows.
