That really hasn't been true for many years now. But as you said yourself
a few hours later:

I guess we can agree to disagree. Considering SAVI isn't "done" in even their basic stuff, my opinion stands firm. IPv6 isn't deployable in a bunch of deployment scenarios used today, and that's because most of the protocols designed in the IETF hasn't had that part as a design criteria.

It's definitely headed in the correct direction though, but there is still a lot of work to be done.
