qb. ByteBuffersDataInput (also used by ByteBuffersIndexInput), how this differs
from ByteBufferIndexInput (without the -s), I do not know. Maybe it only
affects RAMDirectory and not MmapDirectory?
Thats used by the RAMDirectory succedessor. I am always confused with the name.
We should have called ByteBufferIndexInput MMapIndexInput, as it is not
universally useable (caused by the power-of-2 chunk sizes).
