Not sure if we also need an "official" fork of
[https://github.com/docker-library/official-images] under
apache/solr-docker-official-images or similar, or if the maintainers accepts
PRs from any fork. Probably easier to automate this in releaseWizard if we have
an official fork. [~dsmiley] you have been doing some recent image releases,
