It would be nice to have a release of ivtv that will match what is in
the kernel, so we can compare later on w/o having something like 0.4.1
< 2.6.15 < 0.6.0.

And if we want to tag whatever lands in the kernel as stable, then it
should be a 0.6.x release. OTOH if only some parts make it into 2.6.15
then we should still have a release, but we could label it 0.5.x.

It would be nice though to have a release that will still build on
kernels <= 2.6.15, e.g. if some or all helpers have moved to the
kernel to keep a copy in the release.
