Helo, Now I tried kernel 2.6.18 and it works with vlc, but i didn't try it with SECAM, becouse i am not there right now. But I have a problem with VLC not setting bit rate, max bit rate and bit rate mode. I thik it is to much 6Mb to 8Mb.
How can I change that to lower bit rates? And why now ivtv-detect don't list mpeg encoding devices? This was really useful for me!
