Helo,

Now I tried kernel 2.6.18 and it works with vlc, but i didn't try it 
with SECAM, becouse i am not there right now. But I have a problem with 
VLC not setting bit rate, max bit rate and bit rate mode. I thik it is 
to much 6Mb to 8Mb.

How can I change that to lower bit rates?

And why now ivtv-detect don't list mpeg encoding devices? This was 
really useful for me!
