[ivtv-devel] using mpeg after raw video

Hello, I have some problems to use “mpeg” after “raw video”. I have installed the 0.2 stable driver and use mplayer on /dev/video32 with some instructions to see live video that comes from a videocamera on s-video in. It works very fine, but when I use /dev/video0 after then for recording the picture has errors sometimes. After reboot the mpeg on /dev/video0 is ok. I have still found in the archive to this list that it has something to do with the registers and some patch should be help. But I’m confused. Please tell me which driver should I use, which patch and what should I do with the patch.   Regards, Matthias
