Cactus FAQ

Can someone explain to me how I can add a Cactus FAQ using Jyve. Who has the
right to make modifications to the FAQ ?

In the Jakarta-commons FAQ, there is a toplevel link that says "1. Getting
Started". Can we have another link at the same level that would say "2.
Cactus FAQ" (that's assuming we'll be sharing the same FAQ for all commons
subprojects, which is what I understood).
