I don't know how far along but Avalon doesn't have anything near being a
job scheduler being done, it has scheduling part and a few other parts but
lacks the rest. (Unfortunately I don't have sole copyright to some of the
code I wrote ;( ). However as soon as ant is close to being ready I will
rebuild a job/cron scheduler with Avalon.

Assuming he hasn't made it Avalon aware it doesn't need to be associated
with Avalon at all ;)
