[cactus] Removing support for Resin 1.2 and 1.3

Hi,

Resin 2.0 is now out. It replaces versions 1.2 and 1.3 and as such has
support for both API 2.2 and 2.3. My goal is simply to deprecate the use of
Resin 1.2 and 1.3 scripts in Cactus 1.1 (i.e. the scripts will still be
there but they won't be run by the 'test all' targets).

I'd like to remove the support for 1.2 and 1.3 (i.e remove all the scripts)
in Cactus 1.2 but before committing to this, I'd like to have your opinion.

What would you prefer ?
