Hi guys,

The Cuckoos are a bird family, known to be brood parasite. Mother Cuckoo
lays its eggs on other bird's nest. Baby Cuckoo will be brooded and when
hatched, will clear the nest from other eggs. It will be fed, for free,
until it often reaches ten times the size of its parents (which seem dumb
enough not to mention the subterfuge).

This gave me an idea for another Jaluino family. Codename: Jaluino Cuckoo !

The idea is to unplug ATMega168 from Arduino Duemilanove and plug a
Microchip PIC instead. A small PCB would probably needed to map pins. I had
a look potentials PICs, like 18F2680, 18F2620. 18F2550 isn't that useful as
there's no USB on Arduino Duemilanove. It would need UART, I²C, PWM, ADC
(preferably with independent pin), and should run as fast as possible with a
16MHz externak Xtal.

Does it sound doable ? Suggestions ? Warnings ?

Cheers,
Seb
