Thanks for the information. But Sureru which I am looking for is not the potential form of suru. Perhaps it might be a collquial usage, which referes to someone who got accustomed to ceratin culture in a negative way, I am not sure about it though.

(The other commonly found irregular is "kuru" [to come]). The potential for "suru" is "dekiru" (to be able to do sthg.). For example, "shuuri wo suru" (to perform repairs) vs. "shuuri ga dekiru" (to be able to perform repairs). There is one expression in Japanese using the word "nareru", "Ita ni nareru" (lit. "To become part of a board"). It means "to become accustomed to something", if my memory serves me right. A bit redundant when one considers that just "nareru" by itself means the same thing. Probably an old idiom from colloquial speech. - Arian I. Yahoo! Groups Links ____________________________________________________________________________________ Looking for earth-friendly autos?
