First of all, definitely behind Groovy, because Groovy is closer to Java in terms of syntax than Fantom is, so migrating to Groovy would be a bit easier in my opinion. In terms of syntax, Fantom is closer to Java than Scala is, so +1 here. However, Fantom has clearly less documentation material than Scala does and probably less developers on the market as well, so -2. Then again, Scala adds some significant complexity while Fantom keeps that baggage to a more reasonable level, so +1 for Fantom.
