Hi Ann Marie,
What I'd do is start with Excel, put in your column headers, then copy and
paste the 3 columns and number of rows you want into a Word document. There may
be a better way, but that's how I create tables.
Smiles,
Stephanie

Hi all,
I have 3 columns: title, name, phone
I wish to format these columns in word so it looks nice.
How do I use table function so that all columns align?
Thanks,
