Ok, I think I know what you are getting at and will try to answer. There are two ways to share stuff with folks in Dropbox. First is to create a special folder and then send them an invite to accept and then you can share stuff within that folder with each other. This requires both of you to have Dropbox and I don't believe this is what you want
The second is to use the Public folder within your Dropbox account. Open the Public folder and put whatever you want in it. You can then send a link to the file or folder you put in that to anyone regardless of whether they have Dropbox or not.
