It is theoretically possible to remove CVS access to all the developers, but the code can be taken, modified, improved and released - it'd just need a different name since "JBoss" has been registered as a trademark (though you could state that you are based on / an extension of the JBoss code base). Anybody can take JBoss and sell it. Not sure why anybody would buy it though, the money in things like this is usually consulting.At the end it also leads to the question if Marc or JBG can take JBoss, kick out all the developers and sell it. But I am not a layer and cannot answer the question.
