Why does "swapping music files" go on that list? Surely it is no more honest than shoplifting, no less harmful, and about as easy. Or would you add shoplifting, pickpocketing, and rigged carny scams to that list of "harmless" vices too?

I stand ready to discuss in detail the moral differences between music swapping and shoplifting. However, let's pick a more appropriate venue.
