Ok Dennis, now I understand your issue.
In any case this is not a Jena bug and the stuff below
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/jena/Import/ is old/legacy code we
imported from SF but we do not actually use it. If you are interested in Apache
Jena I suggest you checkout the modules from the location I pointed you at.
I am now closing this issue (since it's not an issue and we do not have ":"
characters in file names in the current code base).
