Hi Christopher,
from within Windows update, klick on "display installed updates", then tab
till you see the "name" column header.
Press right arrow a couple of times till you find something like "installed
on...", press up or down arrow to change the value.
There are various options, such as May, yesterday, last month, this year...
etc.
I forgot the exact KB number, but if you google "Security" "internet
Explorer" or update, you should get the correct MS page.
Note: I am doing a rough translation from memory here, since my Windows is
in German.
