dp I haven't done much with it, but there are some tricks under user
options in config manager that may help here.

dp I never miss one. if I hear silence, often there is a windows ding
and pressing ins+8 that is the say line function speaks the item.

dp an example would be helpful here.

dp I'd love some other settings in verbosity other than for instance
screen echo saying only three one of which is none.
one I'd add is all text excluding icons and only text at that. This
would assist hugely with console apps.
